What is wellness?

The word ‘wellness’ in general represents “overall well-being, a type of good feeling”. The term WELLNESS was first used by a physician named Halbert L. Dunn,  according to him wellness is  a lifestyle approach for pursuing elevated states of physical and psychological well-being and described it as “a disciplined commitment to personal mastery”.

Wellness is a way of life, a lifestyle you design to achieve your highest potential for wellbeing.- John W. Travis,  Wellness is a journey, not a destination.
